Return Policy

Mohn Standard will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit only.

Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

If you ordered an item with a "free shipping" option, then the full cost of the item minus the actual shipping will be credited to your account to be used on another item.

We are always happy to assist with questions and make recommendations on sizing before you order to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please e-mail Tim at mohnstandard@gmail.com or call him at the store: 620-208-7680.

Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or special ordered are not subject to return for exchange.  However, if you feel that the condition of your item does not match the listing description, please email us at mohnstandard@gmail.com for our consideration.


How to make a Return for Exchange:

  1.  You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit; exchanges can be made for any item with a defect.  If your item has a defect, we will happily pay your return shipping. If you elect an exchange, you must pay for the cost of shipping.
  2.  Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 10 days of delivery of your item.
  3.  Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached.
  4.  Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at mohnstandard@gmail.com.  All Returns and Exchanges must be pre-approved.  Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
  5.  After your Return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item (if available) or issued a credit via e-mail for the value of the item.  Items shipped to us without an exchange authorization will be shipped back to you--please help us help you!
  6.  Many of our products are limited-run and available only in small quantities.  If the item you are exchanging for is no longer available, you will be issued a store credit.

Please note: Mohn Standard cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Mohn Standard.
